This Albariño is fresh, crisp and zesty with lemongrass, ripe pear, white grapefruit and while floral flavours the palate with a vibrant clean mineral finish. Pair with grilled sardines and pan-fried panfish.

Albariño food pairings: linguine with crab meat, falafel, grilled veggies, hearty soups and stews.

Reviews and Ratings

Lots of racy acidity on this bone-dry Albariño from the Rías Baixa wine region. Produced from a co-operative of 428 growers that was formed in 2005, Paco & Lola 2018 is so fresh and zesty with bright apple, pear and zest grapefruit flavours on the palate with a tangy mineral finish. Chill and pair with green salads or calamari. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
