Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Light even on the PN scale. Straightforward cherry flavours on the nose which replay on the palate where a spicy element also appears. Quite smooth. Good value PN - tough to find a good value PN below $20
Produced by the Gebert Family, St. Hubertus/Oak Bay Estate Winery in BC's Okanagan Valley, Oak Bay 2014 Pinot Noir is dry, medium-bodied with dark cherry, underbrush, savoury spice and smoky flavours on the palate. The Pinot Noir is sustainably farmed and this is a great value PN under $20. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
