A succulent, off-dry, juicy, mouth-watering Alsatian Riesling with aromas of peach and apricot. Medium-bodied. Pair with mild to medium curries and spices. OTHER: Heady notes of peony and carnation enter into the citrus equation of this dry, focused Riesling. Wet stone and lemon zest seem like markers on a road that leads to endless refreshment. This is delicious now, and beautifully dry, but it certainly has the stuffing to mature. Score - 92 (Anne Krebiehl, MW, Wine Enthusiast, Dec. 31, 2015).

Riesling food pairings: seafood pot pie, grilled prawns, fish burgers.

Reviews and Ratings

Muré Signature 2014 is a floral Riesling from the Alsace wine region with dry, citrusy and flinty flavours on the palate. The wine grapes for this Riesling from the Signature line of wines were hand-harvested from grapevines that average 35 years of age and grapes were controlled-termperature fermented as well as spending some time ageing on the lees. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
