A robust Meritage blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. Wine grapes are sourced from the High Eden vineyards. The wine is then aged for 2 years in new French oak barrels. Look for bright red berry, plum, ripe cassis, earthy florals and dried sweet tobacco flavours with a lovely mocha finish on the palate.

Food pairings: Asian chicken salad, asparagus and sugar snap sea soup, autumn hodge-podge, pork tenderloin.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
