A full-bodied and complex red with great depths of black fruit and some mocha. Long finish. This wine was aged in new French oak barriques for 2 years and the added richness enfolds your palate. This is a traditional meritage blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. Perfect for dinner parties. Savoury, meaty and delicious with some espresso on the finish. Yum!

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc food pairings: avocado and papaya salad, Asian chicken salad, asparagus and sugar snap sea soup, autumn hodge-podge, pork tenderloin.
