Champagne food pairings: pasta with cheese-based sauce, caviar, lobster thermidore, sushi..

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Pretty in pink with a flare for the dramatic. A backbone of strawberry and raspberry with some toast and jam on the side. A little perfume emits via the bubbles that tickle your nose. Perfect aperitif or try it with pigeon breast in Reims. I did!
Tasted: March 6, 2016 in Reims, France
Restaurant Le Parc des Crayeres
The 2006 vintage of the Brut Rosé Grand Vintage is a robust rosé Champagne with tremendous balance the structure. The Grand Vintage Rosé is a blend of 47% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier grapes. There was 23% still Pinot Noir in the blend to add richness. The dosage was 5 grams per litre. - Community Wine Reviews
