The 2014 vintage of this robust and luscious Australian Chardonnay underwent 100% malolactic fermentation to give it a rich, round mouth-feel and texture. Green apple and butterscotch notes. Pair with lobster in melted butter or crab cakes.

Chardonnay food pairings: stuffed Cornish hen, baked quail in wild mushroom sauce, smoked salmon bennies.

Reviews and Ratings

This is a classic Margaret River Chardonnay from Moss Wood (2014) one of the oldest wineries in Western Australia. The 2014 Chardonnay saw 100% malolactic conversion with a peach, honey nose and on the palate finishing with apple pie and cake spice. Lovely balance and acidity on this wine. Drink now and for the next three to five years. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
