Montemajor Quattronotti Night Harvest 2020 Negroamaro Appassimento is a special edition red wine from the Puglia wine region. Negroamaro grapes were dried and used in the traditional Appassimento winemaking process. Fruity, ripe and rich with blackberry compote, baking spice, dried tobacco leaf, mint and dried wild herbs fresh and concentrated on the palate. Enjoy it with a Melanzane alla Parmigiana.

Negroamaro food pairings: burgers, ribs, BBQ chicken.
