From the Tuscany wine region, Montelpaldi Tagliafune 2016 Chianti Classico is produced from 80% Sangiovese with the balanced in local indigenous grapes from a single vineyard. Dry, medium-bodied and concentrated with ripe red berry, blackberry, blueberry, plum, savoury herb and spicy flavours nicely balanced with refreshing acidity on the palate. Tannins are fine and pleasantly grippy. Drink or hold. Pour with your favourite meaty pasta and rich tomato sauce dish.

Chianti Classico food pairings: pasta with meat sauce, Margherita pizza, vegetarian lasagne.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
