This is a big, bold Cabernet Sauvignon from cool-climate Mclaren Vale, fragrant and juicy with zesty blackcurrant, dark spices, savoury herb and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Tannins are velvety. The term "Mollydooker" is Aussie slang for "left-hander". Dooker really means "dukes" or fists, but there are various meanings for the term including "molly-duker", and , "molly-hander" as first recorded in Australia in the 1920s. Drink or hold.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hamburgers, steak, hearty meat dishes, hard cheese.
