Ultra-concentrated and intense: for those who want a blockbuster experience on the palate. Black fruit, smoke and rich fruitcake aromas on the nose. High in alcohol yet delicious. Full-bodied and supple with generous layers of flavour. Blueberries and blackberries on the finish. Try it with gourmet burgers and all the fixings heaped high.

Shiraz food pairings: grilled meats, pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

The alcohol on this bruiser of 6% will tickle your nose hair when you take a sniff. Yet it's rich and mouth-filling on the palate, not hot. Loaded with black fruit, the 2012 vintage of The Boxer Shiraz offers blackberry jam and dark spice. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
