A zesty B.C. V.Q.A. Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Mission Hill Winery in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. The SB wine grapes are sourced from the Black Sage Bench and a portion of the wine was fermented in French oak barrel. Look for smoky pear, zesty white grapefruit and light herb flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy with a green salad topped with goat cheese and fresh sliced pear.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled salmon with herb butter, green salads with goat cheese, freshly steamed shrimp with salad.

Reviews and Ratings

From Mission Hill in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, their Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2018 is elegant with bright lemongrass, fresh hay, pink grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours on the palate. Zesty, finishing with crisp mineral flavours. Easy to enjoy now with sautéed halibut steaks with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. The SB grapes were sourced from the well-known, South Okanagan, Black Sage Bench. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
