Mission Hill’s 2022 Reserve Cab Sav captures the valley’s dramatic season in a glass, blending 92% Cabernet with 8% Merlot for depth and elegance. Ripe blackberry and dark-currant flavors mingle with tobacco-leaf richness and a touch of clove-driven warmth. Firm tannins and lively acidity propel a resonant, lingering finish. Try it with coffee-rubbed pork tenderloin or a blue-cheese–topped burger for an inspired twist.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: ribeye steak, pork roast, lamb kebabs.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
