Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This refreshing Prosecco, made from 100% Glera grapes, shows pronounced white peach, citrus blossom and mineral aromas with tart peach, apple and citrus flavours. One sip and you'll note the high mouthwatering acidity with a rich texture and long lemon zest finish. Cartizze is an area of hillside vineyards around the San Pietro di Barbossa parish of Valdobbiadene with special terroir and micro climate attributes producing the best wines of the Valdobbiadene. These special Superiore di Cartizze wines, the “grand cru” of the DOCG; can age well for at least 2 to 4 years.
Pair with seafood salad and Italian anti pasti. Tasted at 2016 Vancouver International Wine Festival "Italy's Indigenous Whites" structured tasting.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
