Produced by Michel Gassier, Nostre Païs 2018 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied and toothsome 50% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan and 5% Cinsault red wine blend from the Costières De Nîmes, Rhône wine region. Vibrant with ripe dark fruit, dark cherry, wild herbs, cacao, flinty, hot stones, pepper and savoury spice finishing rich and smooth. Tannins are silky.

Food pairings: roast pork, beef tenderloin grilled game dishes.

September 25, 2022 - Explosion of fruit and spice from first taste. Paired perfectly with pork, this wine will pair well with chicken.
Buy at price point 25 to 30 CAD.
Nostre Païs 2018 is an excellent value, dry and full-bodied red wine blend of 50% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan and 5% Cinsault sourced from the Costières De Nîmes, Rhône wine region. Perfumed with fresh red berry, blueberry and garrigue herbs on the nose with a mouthful of ripe red berry, black fruits, garrigue herbs and black pepper spice rich vibrant and elegant on the palate.
