McManis 2021 Petite Sirah is produced from certified sustainable grapes sourced from the winery's estate vineyard in the Lodi wine region. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks prior to maturing in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Dry, full-bodied and robust with spiced dark fruits, earthy violets, toffee and toasty oak spice flavours vibrant on the palate. A wine to pair with tourtiere, burgers, ribs or venison stew.

Petite Sirah food pairings: grilled beef ribs, smoked brisket sandwiches, lamb shoulder roast.
