This Chard is dry, medium-bodied and creamy with ripe red apple, peach, lemon pudding and buttery caramel flavours with a long and vibrant finish. Complex and beautifully balanced, and excellent value at $20.

Chardonnay food pairings: chicken Kiev, pan-fried cod with lemon butter sauce, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.

McManis River Junction 2020 Chardonnay is produced from estate- and sustainably-grown grapes from California's River Junction which was designated an AVA in 2001 and is home to a single producer. A beautiful, creamy and complex Chardonnay with apple pie, ripe peach, lemon curd flavours vibrant on the palate and finishing with a kiss of oak. Chill and enjoy on its own or with seafood canapes and salads. - Community Wine Reviews
