Reviews and Ratings

Matanzas Creek 2016 is a very pleasing Sauvignon Blanc from cool-climate Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. Lots of honeysuckle, lemon zest and grassy notes on this SB fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks, stainless steel barrels, concrete eggs, puncheons, foudres and French oak barrels. Pair with a smoked salmon, goat cheese and arugula pizza. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
