From Coteaux D'ensérune, Languedoc wine region, Mas Paillet Monts Du Roi 2021 is a great value Chardonnay and Viognier white wine blend at $20. Fragrant and fresh with ripe orchard fruit, fine herbs, anise spice and soft citrus notes fun and fresh on the palate, it's a charming white wine produced by the Paillet family who have been making wine since 1756.

Chardonnay Viognier food pairings: roast chicken, turkey tournedos, seafood chowder.
