A gorgeous Italian dessert wine from the 2008 vintage of Pomino Vinsanto in the 500 ml format. Aromas of hazelnut, toffee and caramel with a lick of spice. Perfect on its own for dessert or with nuts, hard cheeses or biscotti.

Vin Santo food pairings: honey spice cake, roasted nuts and dried fruit.

Castello Di Pomino 2008 is a Vin Santo from the Tuscany wine region made by well-known producer, Marchesi De' Frescobaldi. The 500ml format is a perfect size to serve with spiced honey cake to after-dinner guests. Look for toasted nuts, honey and rich and ripe stone fruit flavours on this mouthcoating dessert wine. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
