Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

You know those S. African coffee-flavoured wines? This is NOT that... but has a soft coffee accent. Along with a seam of dryness balanced by a touch of residual sugar this ripe Cab. Sauv has a coffee note. BBQ anything.
Fantastic value under $20 on this Cabernet Sauvignon from the Coastal Region wine region in South Africa. Man Family Wines Ou Kalant 2016 is a ripe and juicy Cab Sauv. with blackberry, blackcurrant, savoury spice flavours on the palate wrapped up in a whiff of smoke. Easy to enjoy. Pair with duck confit or roast game hen. - Community Wine Reviews
