Natalie's Score: 91/100

Vintages Wine Panel: Pretty copper-orange colour. Lively aromas of apple-cinnamon, poached pear and peach, and a hint of yellow plum. Medium-sweet with very good fresh/racy centre bringing fine balance. Medium-full bodied with a long, luxurious finish. My note: Phenomenal: pure essence of apple goodness and warm kitchen memories. Nice acidity, what’s not to love here?

Pomme De Glace Ice Cider food pairings: apple crumble and French vanilla ice cream.

Corinna Horton rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Picked a bottle up quite by accident with out noticing the word "ice" before "cider"; for a pleasant surprise. Sweeter than the ciders I'm used to, it has BIG apple flavor and undertones of honey. Paired with a duck confit, goat cheese salad with a mustard vinaigrette and that was --- kinda' great.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
