An off-dry and lovely berry wine that doesn't have a lot of sweetness. There are honeyed aromas and faint field strawberries with a pleasantly bitter, dry finish that's refreshing.

Strawberry Rhubarb food pairings: creamy alfredo sauce pastas, spicy Thai, grilled corn and veggie skewers, slow-roast chicken, spiced gouda cheeses.

This 2011 Bronze Medal Winner is a Canadian Tradition, a blend of scrumptious strawberries and rhubarb. It is compared to a German white and Riesling, a very smooth white with a hint of sweetness. A variety of strawberries is Evangeline so is named to promote our strong Acadian Culture in southeast NB.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
