From Latour-De-France, Roussillon wine region, M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem 2017 is a Côtes du Roussillon-Villages sourced from one commune of Latour de France. This is a big and rich, full-bodied red blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah loaded with black cherry, black currant, plum, earthy black pepper and baking spice flavours on the palate. Pair with lamb!

Chapoutier Bila-Haut Occultum Lapidem 2017 is a medium-plus-bodied, Côtes de Roussillon Villages intense with vibrant dark cherry, berry, cracked pepper and savoury herb flavours on the palate. Produced from 60% Grenache with the balance in Syrah with elevage mostly in concrete tank. Supple on the finish with silky tannins. M. Chapoutier is known for and terroir-driven wines like this one.
