This is a multiple award-winning wine brimming with spicy fruit character. Aromas of mocha, black cherry, plum, tobacco leaf, and wild blueberry abound. Dry and medium bodied, ripe tannins and a plush texture, with ample bright acidity bringing balance. Although still relatively young, it’s drinking nicely now and should continue to evolve in the short term. Cellar 1-2 years, or enjoy it tonight. Dry grained flavour and texture with dark fruit and smoke. Round and pleasing.

Carmenère food pairings: marinated steaks. grilled lamb.

A deep ruby in the glass with aromas of red berries and spices prominent. There is good weight and depth to the palate, with lots of acidity supporting the vibrant red berry. More spice present on the medium-long finish. Drinking very well now. It will also reward cellaring for 1-2 years. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
