A fleshy, juicy robust Malbec sourced from three vineyards in the Uco Valley in Altamira, La Consulta and Gualtallary. Vines are an average of 46 years old. Ripe dark plum, anise, vanilla, mocha flavours on the palate wrapped up in a puff of woodsmoke. Balanced with good acidity for steaks from the grill.

Reviews and Ratings

Luca 2015 Malbec is produced from old vines Malbec from the Uco Valley wine region. A full-bodied Malbec with ripe blueberry, blue plum, mocha and toasty oak flavours on the palate. A well-balanced stunner with fine tannins. Enjoy now and for the next five years with a grilled Hanger steak. - Community Wine Reviews
