Reviews and Ratings

Corina rated this wine as 95/100
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Rare indeed in that my tasting note for the finish of this bubbly says "long jellybean finish." I actually stole that descriptor from one of the LCBO Product Consultants I taste with on Wednesdays each month. Don't worry, I informed her I was stealing it. Sexy black bottle with pink details and a blend of three signature French grapes - Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault culminate in a vibrant wine with aromas and flavours of fresh red berries, red apple, black currant, lavender and I detected a hint of toffee. This makes a perfect sparkling wine that hits right between high end champagne and lower end Prosecco and or Cava.
Tasted: January 2016
A French pink sparkling wine that leads with Pinot Noir grapes in the blend. Off-dry with racy acidity on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
