Vintages Wine Panel: Superior to many producers’ vintage-dated Champagnes, Louis Roederer’s non- vintage bubbly has aromas of toast, almonds and citrus fruit. Expect a fresh, creamy mouthfull with flavors of binned apples, lemon pie, pizza dough and pear. This classic benchmark Champagne makes an excellent aperitif or a delicious companion to a light entrée. Keep this Champagne handy for impromptu celebrations. My note: My absolute favorite non-vintage bubbly: this wine has it all in depth, complexity, balance and long finish.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
