Reviews and Ratings

Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

A medium-bodied Pinot Noir from Beaune in France, this Burgundy has aromas of dried berry compote with figs and strawberries on the palate. Medium tannins and earthy flavours will pair well with lamb or beef bourguignon with emphasis on the mushrooms.
Louis Latour's Les Pierres Dorées 2017 Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied PN from Coteaux Bourguignons, Burgundy wine region. Dry, flavoursome with figgy, date, dried red berry and earthy flavours on the palate. Good now and for the next three years. Enjoy with grilled, herbed chicken breasts. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
