Lost Peak 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is dry, full-bodied and concentrated with ripe dark fruits, cherry, mocha and dried sweet tobacco leaf flavours on the palate. "Lost Peak" is a nod to the cloud-covered summit of the Cascade Mountain range that provides the 'rain shadow' for the grapevines.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: steak, hearty meat dishes, hard cheese, prime rib.
