Los Clop Malbec 2023 Wine Review

Los Clop farms only Malbec in Luján de Cuyo, one of Mendoza's most historic Malbec zones. Black cherry and cracked pepper come through first, with cedar adding structure underneath. The palate feels generous and round, no sharp edges to speak of. Dried orange peel lifts a finish that's long without overstaying its welcome. Try it with duck breast or a hearty tagliatelle Bolognese.

Malbec food pairings: breaded veal cutlets, duck breast with celeriac purée, pomegranate gastrique and Brussels sprout ragout, tagliatelle alla Bolognese, chicken herb-rubbed roast.
