Vintages Wine Panel: This was the second winery planted in the Barossa Valley and today is the only certified organic vineyard in the region. The fruit for this Shiraz is hand-picked and basket pressed, and then aged for 30 months in new American oak. Typically made in very small lots, this full-bodied, opulent, and well-structured Shiraz possesses good ageing potential (3-5+ years), but would be delicious now. This organic wine contains only 7 mg/L of free sulfur. My note: A wine packed with personality! Loaded with ripe berry goodness, rich layers of mouth-coating textures and a lovely smoky finish. Full-bodied and long-lasting. Gets my vote for best lip-smacking delicious Shiraz!

Shiraz food pairings: meatloaf, saUnited Statesges, shepherd’s pie, grilled organic meats.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
