Lime and melon fresh with a crisp, refreshing acidity. Some come-alive grassy, herbal notes in the middle. Terrific aperitif or companion to seafood and shellfish. Here comes summer!

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled salmon and other seafood.

Reviews and Ratings

Inviting and delicious, the LINDEMANS Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc
showcases a bouquet of typical fresh, floral, and grassy Sauvignon Blanc
fruit characteristics. Medium bodied and elegant, this wine is flinty and
herbaceous, with lively citrus and gooseberry notes. The finish is long and
elegant with crisp acidity and good length.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
