A savoury, fragrant Cabernet Sauvignon with red berry, dark cherry, dark chocolate and wild herb aromas on the nose. Vibrant with ripe cherries, cassis, clove and cumin spice, dried lavender and wild herbs. Food-friendly, full-bodied and also a good cellaring candidate. Enjoy now and for the next 15 years. Pair with grilled steaks.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled flat iron steak, grilled pork chops, meat lover's pizza.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
