Love the toasted almond and clementine on the nose of this robust Niagara Chardonnay from one of the region's best producers! Juicy and mouth-watering a gorgeous mouth-filling texture on weight. Some smoke and spice on a terrifically long finish. Superb craftsmanship. Taste this one blind and you might mistake it from a Burgundian grand cru. A deep core of minerality. Try it with lobster in melted butter or juicy roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: turkey burgers, smoked king crab legs, grilled chicken, cheese, pork loin topped with pineapple.

This balanced Niagara white wine from the classic Chardonnay grape brings together vanilla smoke, green apple and touch of spice-dusted marzipan. Full-bodied and luscious. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
