Reviews and Ratings

Camelia Bucur rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Le régal blend of Grenache (50%), Carignan (40%) and Syrah (10%) is a must try out wine. From the moment I taste it as a sample in store, I had to buy the whole bottle to myself. This organic wine has a purple color and is a easy drinking wine. On the nose, floral (violet & rose) notes and red fruits are present. On the palate, the aromas are coming trough with a hint of smoke. It is a smooth full-bodied wine, with soft tannins, light acidity and long finish. Great wine to bring to a gathering for some red meat dishes or to simply drinking on this own.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
