Ricardo Perez-Cruz, who leads the enological team at La Junta, is a fervent admirer of Chilean viticulture with over fifteen years of winemaking experience both in Chile and as a technical advisor in Spain's Aragon region. The winery is located in the Sagrada Familia Valley where the dramatic daytime-nighttime temperature oscillation of more than 18°C creates ideal ripening conditions, and the estate's 2,000 square meter facility uses gravity-fed processing to ensure gentle handling of the fruit.
