Whenever I see La Crema pinot noir on a restaurant list, I know it's going to be a great meal, no matter what we're having food-wise. This subtle red is silky smooth enough not to clash with seafood yet it's loaded with fleshy cherry flavours for meatier dishes. Perfection though is roast chicken or planked salmon. Absolutely phenomenal for this price.

Pinot Noir food pairings: chicken, duck, pork.

Reviews and Ratings

Perry rated this wine as 90/100
Allison & Chris Wallace rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

An earthy, spicy nose with cherry and baking spices following through on the full bodied palate. This is a big Pinot, more in the style found in the Central Coast. Delicious now but will still improve with a little bit of time. Terrific value for money.
La Crema has been one of my ‘go to’ Pinot Noirs from Sonoma for years. It displays notes of tart cherry, pomegranate, cranberry and violet with refreshing acidity, balanced oak treatment and loads of varietal character for a great price (for Pinot Noir!)
