The Kutjevo Graševina from Slavonia is an aromatic, refreshing white wine revealing flavours of tart green apple, white flowers and honeydew melon with subtle almond notes and a pronounced stony minerality. It's dry and medium-bodied with energetic acidity. Serve it well chilled with pan-fried pork medallions in a light cream sauce as the wine's brightness will cut through the richness beautifully, or enjoy it alongside a platter of aged cheeses and cured meats where its versatility truly shines. The winery is guided by a new generation of winemakers who honour the traditions established when Cistercian monks—the same order that developed Burgundy's Grand Cru sites—founded these historic cellars in 1232, making them the oldest in Croatia. This expressive Graševina will evolve gracefully through 2030.

Graševina food pairings: grilled fish, grilled pork chops, charcuterie.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
