Natalie's Score: 90/100

From the Baden wine region in Germany, this dry Pinot Noir Rosé was produced from wine grapes sourced from the Vulkanfelsen Weinberg or "Volcanic Rocks Vineyard" and so named from the volcanic soils in that area. Fragrant with ripe cherry, pink rose petals, raspberry, strawberry, fresh earthy mushroom and pink grapefruit flavours zesty on the palate. Pour with grilled salmon steaks.

Pinot Noir Rosé food pairings: turkey tetrazzini, turkey sandwiches, salmon burgers.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
