A vibrant and juicy Baden Qualitätswein Pinot Noir, zesty with ripe red berries, fresh cherry, incense and cedar spice flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food. Pair with veal-stuffed mushroom or butternut and shallot risotto.

Pinot Noir food pairings: sweet-sour pot roast, spaetzle, red cabbage, frankfurters, goat cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

From Baden, Königschaffhauser Steingrüble 2016 Pinot Noir Qualitätswein is fragrant on the nose with sweet strawberry, black cherry, dried tobacco leaf aromas. Dry, medium-bodied with vibrant acidity, lots of sweet black cherry, blackberries, dark chocolate flavours on this stylish south-Germany, typical Kaiserstühler PN. Pair with baked morels stuffed with cream cheese. - Community Wine Reviews
