Kim Crawford Pinot Grigio from New Zealand displays aromas of fresh apple, honeydew melon, white blossom and a touch of citrus. It's off-dry and medium-bodied with gentle texture and crisp acidity that balances the subtle sweetness through a clean, refreshing finish. Serve it well-chilled alongside shrimp cocktail where the wine's slight sweetness and bright acidity complement the tangy sauce, or pair it with grilled chicken skewers where the wine's fruity character and refreshing profile balance the savory, charred flavors. Chief winemaker Dave Edmonds, who describes himself as "the guardian of flavor," crafts this Pinot Grigio from grapes sourced from multiple regions across New Zealand's diverse wine-growing areas, which span 1,000 miles from north to south between the 34º and 47º latitudes, then ferments it at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the delicate aromatics and fruit purity. Founded in 1996 in a small cottage in Auckland by Kim and Erica Crawford, the winery gained international recognition with remarkable speed when its Sauvignon Blanc appeared on Wine Spectator's Top 100 List in 2003, 2005, and 2006, and Kim Crawford is now the number one selling New Zealand wine in the United States and was named Wine Enthusiast's 2016 New World Winery of the Year. Enjoy this versatile Pinot Grigio through 2029.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: hard cheeses, shrimp cocktail, grilled chicken skewers.
