From the Stellenbosch wine region, Ken Forrester Old Vine Reserve 2021 Chenin Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown, dry-farmed grapes from six different Stellenbosch vineyards. Dry, medium-bodied, rich and vibrant on the palate with layers of ripe peach, apricot, citrus zest, mineral notes with a creamy and long finish. Chill and enjoy with smoked salmon Bennies or pan-fried pickerel filets.

Chenin Blanc food pairings: white fleshed fish, Greek salad, game, grilled pork, salmon tartare served on homemade crisps.
