The Ultra Malbec is Kaiken's flagship Malbec, made by iconic winemaker Aurelio Montes. Liquid delicious, Kaiken's Ultra Las Rocas 2016 is a weighty and smoky Malbec with subtle chocolate, dark berry, savoury herbs and roasted nut flavours on the palate. Lovely balance and long ripe berry and nutty finish. Enjoy now.

Malbec food pairings: roasted lamb, veal dishes, grilled pork chops, cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Alan Dunne rated this wine as 92/100
Kaiken's Ultra Las Rocas 2016 is a full-bodied and smoky Malbec with rich dark fruit, blackberry, fleshy black plums, dark chocolate, cake spice flavours and a lingering nutty finish. Delicious and ready to drink now. The Ultra Malbec is Kaiken's flagship Malbec, made by iconic winemaker Aurelio Montes. 'Las Rocas' are the rounded stones found in the vineyard. Drink now or cellar. Enjoy with thick cut, grilled pork chops. - Community Wine Reviews
