Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fresh, ripe plum, blackberry, and pepper followed by hints of violet and black cherry. Firm, grippy tannins with good acidity and a full body. Smoke, more pepper, tar, and a hint of cured meat emerge with breathing. Opulent and graceful, ripeness not getting away from balance, stunning integration. A sophisticated red ideal for matching with oxtail stew or a venison roast.
From the Barossa Valley, Kaesler Reach For The Sky 2016 is a medium-bodied Shiraz with red plum, cherry, sweet and pepper spice flavours on the palate. Very juicy. Enjoy with a roast leg of lamb. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
