The 2016 vintage of Monmousseau's Vouvray is great value at under $20. The wine is made with 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from the winery in the Vouvray, the heart of the Touraine region in the central Loire Valley. Serve chilled at 6-8 degrees Celsius. A soft, light-bodied, medium sweet, lemon-fresh French white wine with some juicy acidity. Ideal for fresh fish dishes.

Vouvray food pairings: grilled calamari, steamed mussels, crab cakes.

Justin Monmousseau 2016 Vouvray is great value under $20. The wine is made with 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from the winery in the Vouvray, the heart of the Touraine region in the central Loire Valley. Serve chilled at 6-8 degrees Celsius. This off-dry Vouvray is ripe with stonefruit, pineapple and citrus flavours on the palate matched with incredible acidity. Pair with spicy Korean ribs or spicy vegetarian curries. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
