From Nova Scotia, Jost's Tidal Bay 2017 is aromatic with white florals, lime, lemon zest and soft citrus. This is an off-dry white wine blend of 60% L'Acadie, 15% Muscat, Ortega and 10% Cayuga grapes from Nova Scotia's largest winery. On the palate look from lime, lemon zest, white grapefruit, soft spice and clean mineral notes, with a zesty finish. It's a natural to freshly steamed and chilled shellfish. - Community Wine Reviews
