The 2013 vintage of the Individual Selection No. 35 from John Glaetzer is concentrated flavours of cherry and raspberry jam in this robust red. It's dry but loaded with flavour. Toasted and roasted black fruit and tarry toasty oak. After fermentation is completed in new French hogshead barrels, this wine was matured in those barrels for 40 months. Pair with rare filet mignon.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb Bolognese, beef enchiladas, barbecued ribs in sauce..
