Joel Gott 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and citrusy on the nose with lemon-lime zest and minerally aromas. The wine is dry, medium-bodied, smooth and silky on the palate with lemon-lime zest, melon, lemongrass flavours finishing on a mineral note. At its best now. Chill and enjoy it with a green salad topped with some herbed goat cheese.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: tuna burgers, fish tacos, green salads topped with grilled shrimp.
