Jim-Jim the Down-Underdog is so named for the winery's faithful dog, Jimmy, who passed away in 2010. This robust, dark and juicy Shiraz is not an underdog, but does have the same zest for life that Jim-Jim did. Ripe red berry, vanilla, cracked pepper and savoury herb flavours on the palate -- This Shiraz is a consistent crowd-pleaser.

Shiraz food pairings: lamb cutlets with pepperade and goat cheese, hamburgers, pizza, black bean soup, beef.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
